Our client service model follows our carefully developed and refined process. Before we make any investment recommendations, and before we invest a single dime of client assets, we spend time getting to know you and letting you get to know us. We work with you only if there is a good fit.

Discovery Meeting

Our initial meeting is an interview that allows us to get to know you, and that gives you a taste of the way we work. We won’t ask you to make any commitments. We simply want a better sense of your current situation and your personal goals, so we can determine if our services will help you achieve them. If we don’t think we’re a good fit for you, we’ll tell you, and we hope you’ll do the same.

Investment Plan Review

At our second meeting, we present our analysis of your current situation, its strengths and weaknesses, and any gaps that we find that may prevent you from reaching your goals. We also provide our recommendations and action steps for bridging those gaps and reaching your goals. This plan forms the path that we will walk together as planner and client.

Mutual Commitment Meeting

It’s time to decide whether our firm can help you achieve your goals and whether we should move forward together. If we reach the same decision, we commit to a collaborative approach focused on achieving what is important to you and your family, and begin to complete the documents that will put your investment plan into action.

45 Day Meeting

We often joke that when you become a client, we cut down a tree in your honor, slice the tree into very thin pieces and mail them to you! This meeting provides an opportunity to organize all the details and answer all of your questions, so you understand completely of what is happening with your investment accounts.

Progress Meeting

At your convenience, we’ll meet to discuss any major changes in your personal or financial situation, and discuss any related adjustments to your investment strategies and financial plan. We’ll also analyze the overall progress toward your long-term financial goals and discuss advanced planning recommendations that may include your accountant, attorney or insurance agent.
