At Paul Decelles Financial Strategies, our focus on financial planning adds a broader perspective to all we do and provides increased benefits to our clients.
Working as a “team of three” since 2010, we’ve helped many people just like you with similar goals, financial issues and concerns. We each take pride in providing a unique part of your client experience.
Our team approach helps us to focus on serving you efficiently.
Cara joined our team in March 2010. Her primary tasks are client contacts and scheduling, database management and marketing. She excels at organizing our client appreciation events. She also organizes client communications — both digital and traditional mailing.
Cara and her husband Carl have two sons. They enjoy every aspect of the outdoors — spending time in the water in summer and on the ice in the winter — of our Vermont lakes. Their vegetable garden is the envy of their neighborhood!
Paul has been financial securities licensed since 1995. He purchased his financial planning practice in 1998. He achieved his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1999.
Paul is married to Neila and they have three children. The Decelles enjoy hiking Vermont mountains and their summer vacations on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Paul is an enthusiastic baseball fan and has rooted for the Red Sox his entire life. He loves to play golf in the summer and curling in the winter.
Therese joined our team in February 2002. She has elevated her role over these many years to Licensed Office Manager having successfully passed the rigorous Series 6 exam currently held with LPL Financial. Therese spends most of her time servicing client’s accounts currently held at LPL Financial and automating our service processes for efficiency. She is often busy seeking ways to use our technology more efficiently and seeking out new technology to serve our clients better.
Therese and her husband Leigh have four adult children and four grandchildren. They are country music fans. They enjoy traveling to concerts and escaping Vermont to warmer places at least once each winter!
